From the Seaside Studio kitchen.
For as long as I can remember, cooking and collecting recipes have been a source of great joy. I still remember the very first cookbook my parents bought for me (“The Children's Step-by-Step Cookbook” by Angela Wilkes), as well as the expressions on their faces as I destroyed the kitchen attempting crêpes.
Not unlike my creative endeavors, our family’s recipe collection exists across mediums. From war-torn copies of Deborah Madison’s “Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone” and hand-scribbled note cards from the early nineties, to the latest from Bon Appetit and social media bloggers alike — it’s been a longtime vision of mine to preserve it all! Well, at least what we've adapted and returned to time after time.

As the collection grows and incorporates new favorites, I would LOVE to hear from you! And who knows, if the quantity and breadth reaches critical mass, maybe a hard copy of sorts will manifest. (What, like it’s hard?) Mostly joking…
Until next time!
